Mango, the aromatic and “sweeten by nature” fruit is an excellent option to include in your healthy recipes roll of delicious and refreshing beverages, snack and/or desserts. Rich in vitamins and minerals, Mango fruit can be used in frozen pulp with minimum nutrient loss, still preserving Mango fruit flavour and aroma, according to nutritionist Rita da Silva and Unifesp (Brazilian Federal University)
Healthy recipes must include Mango fruit as an option. Easy and cheap to prepare, Mango healthy recipes can be prepared from frozen mango pulp: sweet, refreshing and aromatic desserts and beverages. Hence, they are a must, when you consider healthy recipes’ lists for your restaurant, bar, family parties, friends gathering or companies’ hangouts.

Mango Pulp Mousse
Preparation time: 80minutes (60minutes in the refrigerator)
Serving: 5 medium sized portions
Ingredients:
300g of frozen mango fruit pulp
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
340g of natural no fat Yoghurt (2 pots)
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Sugar or sweetener are optional and according to your taste
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a uniform mixture. Put in a form or individual bowls for 60 minutes in the refrigerator. Ready to serve.
You can decorate this dessert with mint leaves or natural Mango fruit slices
Mango Pulp Ice cream
Preparation time: 10 minutes + 24 h of freezer
Ingredients:
600g of frozen Mango fruit pulp
170g of Natural Yoghurt
Blend all ingredients until you obtain a uniform thick liquid. Serves 4-5 medium sized cups
Mango Pulp Smoothie
Ingredients:
100g of frozen Mango pulp
1 cup of water (or strawberry juice or milk)
Blend until you obtain a uniform liquid. Consume immediately.
