Cashew fruit Cake
- Preparation time: 60min
- Serving: medium sized cake (8-12 pieces)
- 300g of frozen cashew pulp
- 02 cups of wheat flower
- 1,5 cups of sugar
- 150g of butter
- 04 eggs
- 01 coffee spoon of yeast
- 01 pinch of salt
- 01 cup of cashew nuts
- Blend the frozen cashew pulp with the cashew nuts. Include all the ingredients, except the yeast. Put the mixture in a rectangular cake pan. Include the yeast and mix with a spatula. Leave for about 30-40min in pre-heated 100ºC oven.
Cashew fruit juice
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Serving: individual
- 100g of frozen Cashew frozen pulp
- 150ml of fresh water
- ¼ lemon (“squeezed”)
- Blend all ingredients until you obtain a uniform thick liquid. You can add a tablespoon of sugar or honey (optional). Serve immediately.
