1. Classic banana smoothie

i. Preparation time: 10min
ii. Serving: 06 portions
iii. Ingredients: 06 organic bananas (your preferred type), 1000ml of soymilk (or your preferred vegan milk type), 04 tablespoons of oak mil, ice (optional)
iv. Preparation: blend all ingredients, add ice and enjoy immediately!

2. Organic banana with Papaya smoothie

i. Preparation time: 10min
ii. Serving: 06 portions
iii. Ingredients: 03 bananas (your preferred type), 01 medium sized Papaya, 1000ml of soymilk (or your preferred vegan milk type), 02 tablespoons of linseed, ice (optional)
iv. Preparation: blend all ingredients, add ice and enjoy immediately!

3. Organic banana with Apple and Cinnamon smoothie

i. Preparation time: 10min
ii. Serving: 06 portions
iii. Ingredients: 05 bananas (your preferred type), 01 and ½ medium sized Apple (your preferred type), 1000ml of soymilk (or your preferred vegan milk type), 01 tablespoons of cinnamon (adjust the quantity to your preferred flavour), ice (optional)
